  • Claims assessment and eligibility determination
  • 24/7 customer support and guidance
  • Quality repairs with lifetime warranty coordination

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for our services, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be involved in a motor vehicle accident in Australia
  • Not be at fault for the accident (as determined by police report or insurance assessment)
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Provide accurate and complete information about the accident
  • Have valid vehicle registration and insurance
  • Be located within our service area (Greater Melbourne, Bendigo, Ballarat, and Geelong)

3. Service Process

Our service process includes the following steps:

  1. Initial Contact: You contact us with accident details and your situation
  2. Eligibility Assessment: We assess your eligibility and provide replacement car if applicable
  3. Vehicle Assessment and Repairs: We arrange a like-for-like vehicle and manage the claim
  4. Resolution: We handle the rest with the at-fault insurer

4. Replacement Vehicle Terms

Replacement vehicles are provided subject to the following conditions:

  • Vehicles are provided on a like-for-like basis where possible
  • Delivery is typically within 2-4 hours of approval, subject to availability
  • You must maintain a valid driver's license throughout the rental period
  • You are responsible for fuel costs and any traffic infringements
  • Replacement vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received
  • We reserve the right to substitute vehicles based on availability

5. Claims Management

Our claims management services include:

  • Liaising with insurance companies on your behalf
  • Coordinating vehicle repairs with quality repair specialists
  • Managing all paperwork and documentation
  • Providing regular updates on claim progress
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements

6. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the accident
  • Cooperate fully with our assessment and claims process
  • Notify us immediately of any changes in circumstances
  • Maintain contact with us throughout the claims process
  • Comply with all reasonable requests for information or documentation
  • Use replacement vehicles responsibly and in accordance with road rules

7. Payment and Fees

Our services are provided at no cost to eligible not-at-fault drivers. All costs are recovered from the at-fault party's insurer. However, you may be responsible for:

  • Excess payments if applicable under your insurance policy
  • Costs associated with traffic infringements while using replacement vehicles
  • Damage to replacement vehicles beyond normal wear and tear
  • Any costs arising from providing false or misleading information

8. Service Guarantees

We guarantee:

  • Replacement car delivered same day when eligible
  • Quality repairs with lifetime warranty through our network
  • 24/7 local call support throughout the claims process
  • Professional and courteous service at all times
  • Transparent communication about your claim status

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the provision of services as described in these Terms. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third parties (insurance companies, repair shops, etc.)
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Consequential or indirect losses
  • Losses arising from false or incomplete information provided by you
  • Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms

10. Service Area

Our services are available in the following areas:

  • Greater Melbourne metropolitan area
  • Bendigo and surrounding areas
  • Ballarat and surrounding areas
  • Geelong and surrounding areas
  • Other areas by special arrangement

11. Termination of Services

We may terminate our services if:

  • You provide false or misleading information
  • You fail to comply with these Terms
  • It is determined that you were at fault for the accident
  • You are no longer eligible for our services
  • You request termination of services

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:

  1. Direct negotiation between the parties
  2. Mediation through an independent mediator if direct negotiation fails
  3. Arbitration or court proceedings as a last resort

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be commenced in the courts of Victoria.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
